i know that if you write a e-mail to lego they will send you out the plans and the items you need to build the super star destoryer but you cant buy it in shop and you have to buy the part from lego.
the one that me and a mate seen was like $1,200 AUS for the parts.
not sure how big it was or how meany part was in it.

lego was probably the main inspiration for me to learn HOW stuff is done and WHY etc. Starting from lego and other constructive toys to Film analysis, Programming, Video Editing, Web Design etc.

I remember when I was a kid, maybe around 10 or so years old.. the City of Sydney had a big Lego event on the Opera House steps and they gave out lots of different Lego sets. I was building my own 'whatever the hell it was' and got bored so I crashed it down and ask for another set (please) and I got this Star Wars kit. I made it and on the way home, we were on the bus and I dropped one of the figures and someone stepped on it and they had to go to hospital because of the severity of it.
I sort of never forgot that day but for the life of me I can't remember what I was making / or made.
Yeah just thought I'd share my past experiences with the infamous Lego series.
